Since restrictions lifted and the UK events industry opened back up, it’s been an incredibly busy – but exciting – couple of months here at Comet Security Group. Our talented team of security professionals have worked incredibly hard to support some of the country’s biggest festivals, operating around the clock to help deliver them in a safe, successful manner. We’ve laughed, we’ve smiled and we’ve faced the challenges commonly associated with event safety, yet our team has continued to deliver a world-class service. As a result, we’ve received positive feedback from our customers about our work which we were delighted to hear.
So where have we been this summer? Comet Security Group acted as either a sub-contractor, main contractor or partner at the following events:
Valley Fest
Our experts supported Valley Fest, which is Bristol’s premier food and music festival. It hosted stellar music names including Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Texas.
Bath Festival Finale
Bath Festival Finale, which took place on the weekend of the 7th and 8th August 2021, saw performances from a host of household names including McFly, Gabrielle and Billy Ocean.
Creamfields 2021
One of dance music’s biggest festivals, our experts at Comet Security Group are proud to have supported Creamfields 2021.
Lysaghts Institute Newport
The Lysaght Institute is an iconic venue used for weddings, receptions, conferences, meetings and private parties.
Ffos Glasto Tribute Fest
A one-day event which took place on the 29th August 2021 Bank Holiday at Carmarthen Racecourse.
